  How can I register myself at Gocrafti?

You can register yourself by clicking the Register link provided at the top right hand corner of our home page. Provide the details like Name, E-mail id, and Password and click the "Submit" button. You can also register yourself by logging in into your Facebook, Gmail or Yahoo account. You need to click Sign In link provided at the top right hand corner of our home page for this.

  How do I place a return/replacement request at Gocrafti?

The products are sent out by the sellers. We instruct & encourage the sellers to ensure that they take all measures possible to send quality products to you in a secure condition. Still, if you receive a defective/damaged item, you are requested to follow these steps
1. Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on Gocrafti within 4 days of delivery.
2. Login to your Gocrafti Account and click RMA link (Available at My Account tab).
3. Read the Returns Policy and hit I Agree button.
4. Select the item you wish to replace and fill up the details required.
5. Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.

  I have Paid the amount but my order was not confirmed / I can't see my order?

In order to ensure high level of security for transactions conducted on Gocrafti, we require that the bank complete the transaction within 30 seconds. In case of your order, the bank exceeded the time limit and the transaction was aborted. But do not worry, Gocrafti has a Buyers Protection Programme powered by PayUmoney - our system will detect any money debited by the bank and automatically initiate a refund within the next 3 working days, post which, depending on your bank it might take 3-7 working days for this credit to reflect in your bank account. You will also receive an email from us with refund details, once the refund is completed from our end.

  I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

If you chose to pay Cash on Delivery, the refund will be credited by NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer we would require the following details:

  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Account Number
  • Branch Address
  • IFSC Code

  How can I get gift vouchers or promotions?

Once you are registered with Gocrafti, you will receive daily emails from us informing you about the promotions & deals which include vouchers if any. We provide you fabulous offers very frequently; we will keep you posted on each one of them. You may also visit our home page to check the "Go Deals" section.

  What are the shipping charges on products at Gocrafti ?

Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and have been mentioned on each product page. The charges will vary depending on your location. For many products on Gocrafti, the shipping and delivery is provided free of cost.

  How can I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order in pending Status only. You need to Sign In your account and click "My order" You can now see the cancel link available along with your ordered product only if your product has not been shipped.

  Why have I not received my order yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the "My Orders" link in your account or Track Your Order link to get real time status of your order.

  How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

We take anywhere between 7-15 days to complete your refund request. For all pre-paid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made. For all Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.

  What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Gocrafti believes in making your shopping experience awesome. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on RMA option in your My Account page within the Buyers Protection Programme period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you as soon as possible.

  Return ans Refund

  What is Gocrafti 7 day Return Policy?

Gocrafti gives you the option to replace/return the products bought on Gocrafti within 4 days of the receipt of the order.
The 4 day Return Policy at Gocrafti is a “No Question Asked Policy”. You can return/replace the product if you are not satisfied:

  • With the quality of the product
  • With the fitting of the product
  • Or if you receive a damaged product.

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Products such as Lingerie, innerwear, washed products, products sold as combos are not eligible for return. Click here to know more about our Return Policy.

  If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I replace or return it?

ofcourse Gocrafti has a “No Question Asked Policy”. Report your concern by filling the Contact Us form within 4 days of receipt of your order or raise a RMA (Returned materials authorization). Once the product passes the quality check, we would initiate the refund/replacement as per your choice.

  Payments

  What are the modes of payment for purchasing on Gocrafti?

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Debit/Credit Cards/Netbanking of all major banks
  • Cash On Delivery (COD).

  What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card or Net Banking. Gocrafti offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Not all deals/products have COD option. Please check the deals/products page before buying. Gocrafti does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pincode to check the availability of COD option at your location.

  Can I make some payment by cash and rest of the amount by Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking for a product?

Unfortunately, a customer cannot opt for 2 modes of payment in a single order. Payment can be made either in the form of Cash on Delivery (COD) or through Credit/Debit card or Net Banking.

  Does your delivery person carry card swipe machines?

There are no extra charges other that the product cost mentioned on the product page. Your total bill amount will be displayed at the time of making the payment and before your order is placed. You can chose to pay through credit card/debit card/net banking or Cash on delivery. You are not required to pay any amount in excess of what is mentioned on the invoice.

  My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please fill in our Contact Us form available under the Any Other Query section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

  What information does Gocrafti store when I save my card?

We store only the card number, the cardholder name and the card expiry date. We do not store the CVV number or the 3D secure password. Even for a saved card, you need to enter your CVV number for every transaction, thereby keeping the control with you.

  What is the advantage of saving my card on Gocrafti

Saving card details is an advantage while shopping on Gocrafti. Everytime you proceed to make a payment, you do not have to enter your card details and can opt for express checkout. This not only saves time but you can continue shopping even when you are not carrying your card with you.
