What exactly SealPay is?
Before the dispatch/delivery of the item
If you can't see your order has not been dispatched within 3 business days of the promised dispatched days, you can simple cancel your order if you want. SealPay provides you full right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched in this/such a case, your money will be fully refunded under SealPay.
After the dispatch/delivery of the item
If the order is not delivered within 10 days of the order is dispatched, we will cancel your order on your behalf and intimate you about the same. Rest assured, your money will be fully refunded under SealPay.
What does SealPay Covers?

What are the conditions for exchange?

In case you are not fully satisfied with the size/fit of an item, Gocrafti will gladly help in the exchange of the item for another size, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:-
Item(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited item bar code, price tag etc, and in its original packaging and following the Sellers Return Policy.
Exchange/Alternate item is not given for the following
In the interests of hygiene, Gocrafti may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled
Returns shall not be accepted for innerwear and lingerie due to intimate nature of items and hygiene
Items that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items
In case the size requested is out of stock, SealPay will provide you the the amount (If you have already done)
Returns shall not be accepted for made-to-order items like customized mattress & carpets, customized Handicrafts, customized jewellery, Glasswares, Fragile itemes etc
We accept cancellation of Handicrafts, Home Decor, Breakable items, Decorative Items (Applicable for subcategory) orders up to 24 hours of placing the same, without any charges to you and the balance amount will be refunded to you or product will be replaced. No cancellation requests will be accepted 3 days after the date of receipt of order for this item on Gocrafti (You need to file RMA for return request).
